Registration: Seller Eddleman Hill Sheltie’s certifies that this puppy will come with AKC registration and you will have them within 10 days of receiving your puppy/dog. If you are given Full Registered rights permits this dog to participate fully in showing/breeding: Limited Registration denies privileges to any offspring of this puppy/dog it is being sold as a companion Not for breeding. Note; Full Akc Registration does Not guarantee that this puppy/dog will turn out to be a competitive show/breeding dog, I do not guarantee the size or temperament. He/she is being sold and placed as a prospect. Puppies can change as they mature and how they are raised makes a difference in how your puppy will turn out.

Our Health Guarantee:

I the seller Eddleman Hill Sheltie certifies that this puppy/dog to the best of our knowledge is healthy at the time of sale, is up to date on shots and worming. Vaccination records and a health background will be provided by the seller. A copy is also at my Veterinarian office as they give all shots and checkups. I will also include a copy of when they have had any treatment or anything that we think might be helpful with the puppy. Note: The Buyer is required to take the puppy to his/her vet within 3 days of purchase, at buyer’s expense. If the exam determines the puppy/dog to have a life threatening health problem. (I) Eddleman Hill Sheltie’s will replace the puppy with another puppy if one is available with same quality/value. If a puppy is not available, I will refund the cost of the puppy ONLY when the puppy is returned to me promptly after the physical. I will Require a written results of the physical from TWO Licensed Veterinaries that are not in conjunction with each other. You will have 10 days from the original diagnoses to provide me with these statements or guarantee is NULL and VOID. IF the puppy was shipped (airfare is NON-Refundable.) If puppy is to be replaced or refunded, she/he must be returned to breeder at the (buyers) expense. If buyer fails to take the puppy to the vet or provide the Vaccinations and worming during that time, this Guarantee is NULL and VOID.

One Year Health Guarantee:

Seller is not responsible for any medical cost acquired while the said puppy is in your care. This health guarantee covers any life threatening or genetic defects for one year of date of Sale that will make this puppy unsuitable as a companion. Please refer to the Heath Guarantee above. Note: All statements above apply to the one year health guarantee.

Companion/Breeding Dog

This puppy is being sold as a companion/pet first and foremost, we do NOT guarantee this dog (puppy) to be competitive show/breeding dog as I do not guarantee the size or temperament, she/he is being sold and placed as a prospect Only. Our goal at Eddleman Hill Sheltie’s is too fine a loving family home as they are being raised now. We raise our sheltie as loving companions/breeding that is health, loyal & happy dogs/puppies that have great structure behind them. All our dogs/puppies are guaranteed to be healthy

And well adjusted. Each puppy is handled from day one as we raise them in our home, they will be well socialized with other pets and children of all ages. One of the things that we like is that we raise them in our home so we can tell you about each of their personalities; we get too no each little puppy. Please remember that when taking your new puppy home it may be a bit unsure of itself until it becomes completely familiar with their new surroundings. Sometimes it will take up to two weeks for complete comfort in their new home.

Seller recommends spaying females and neutering males at 6 to 7 months of age. Unless the puppy is to be sold as a breeding prospect or to be shown in completion. Please remember that if you are buying a puppy for show/breeding I don’t not Guarantee that this puppy will turn out to be a competitive show/breeding dog. She/he is being sold and placed as a prospect. Puppies can and will change as they mature.

Diet Used:

I use NutriSource Dog Food, I feed my puppies two to three times a day and always make sure that they have fresh water at all times. You will be sent home with an enough for 4 to 5 days if you choose to change food please do so over 7-10 days. Sometimes as new puppy will not eat the first day or two and that is normal but keep the food out so she/he knows that they can eat at any time. After that you should set up two or three times to feed the puppy.

Buyer agrees to provide annual vet exams, yearly vaccinations, heartworm check and preventives (I use and recommend Interceptor, this is very important for a healthy puppy (dog). I use and recommend Frontlines Plus for Fleas and ticks. You give both of these once a month.

Buyer agrees that if this dog/puppy is offered for sale or transfer to a third party. Other than immediate family, the dog shall be offered to the breeder at the same terms, in writing and the breeder has 10 days to accept or reject this right of first offer. I the Seller decide not to buy the dog/puppy back I get first chance to help place her/him in a new home.

Shipping/Meeting

Eddleman Hill Sheltie’s does offer shipping as a service for you, the buyer agrees that she/he will pay all cost of shipping of the puppy/dog, which includes Ticket, crate, and health certificate. Seller must be paid in full for the puppy and for shipping, etc. in FULL 7 Days before puppy/dog is shipped. Shipping is available depending on location and weather. (Weather is very important as we will not ship if it is too hot or cold). If for any reason the buyer decide to back out of shipping the puppy/dog there will be NO refund of shipping and Deposit of puppy/dog. In case that the needs to be returned to us, it is at the cost of t he buyer! I will do my very best to work around your time frame of getting the puppy to you, but sometime with the weather we might have to ship at a later date.

We do NOT guarantee temperament once the puppy leaves our home, as we have no control over your training techniques. I do recommend a puppy class, as give your puppy a lot of love and lots of praise. Sheltie’s are very smart and want to learn and please there owner!

Acceptance of Contract:

Buyers Releases Eddleman Hill Sheltie, Tammy Eddleman and there Estate from any and all liabilities, and/or damages by fault of this dog after the time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, Destruction of personal property and/or physical damage to any person or group of people. This form is made out in two copies, each to be signed by the buyer and seller, with each receiving one sign copy.
