Time to groom your Sheltie

It is that time of year and your furbaby is starting to blow their coat, take a day and groom them really good and give them a bath, here is the new thing that I have been using to wash our dogs, it
is called Rapid Bath System you can get these at Pets Mart or www.petedge.com ..We Love It! If you don't want to use the rapid Bath I recommend using Miracle Coat Shampoo and Conditioner. We always keep the Miracle Coat Waterless Shampoo and Conditioner on hands for those quick times when you need to wash your dog. Flea and tick season is not over yet, so remember your Frontline ans Interceptor!

  It is Flea,Tick and Heartworm season, I use and recommend Front Line Plus and Interceptor!

  Give both once a month your dog will Love you for it!
Keep your furbaby health!


 When your furbaby is out side please remember to make sure they get   FRESH WATER and make sure they have some shade. Here are a few thing you can
do to help your furbabies keep cool and enjoy outside!

1.Make sure they have plenty of fresh cold water 4 to 5 times a day (more often
 if they have no shade)
2. You can give your dog or puppy some ice or even put it in there water (they will love it!)
Ice is good when you are traveling.
3. Take your Dog or puppy outside for walks or play early in the morning or in the evening 
when it is not so HOT.
4. Keeping your Sheltie groom and brushed will help with extra hair and will keep them cooler.
5. I take a liver treat and put into a ice cube tray and fill it with water and freeze it, they 
love the treat inside. This is also a good treat for outside!
